All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and include order
tracking at no additional charge.
For each order placed, there is a flat per order fee. Then
for each unit ordered, there is a per item fee added.
For example, if you order two books, the fee for shipping
via First Class Mail includes the per order and per item fees
($2.50 + $0.50/item). So the total shipping charge would be
$3.50.
If shipped via Priority Mail, the shipping fee would be $8.50
($4.50 + $2.00/item). If shipped via Express Mail, the shipping
fee would be $20.00 ($15.00 + $2.50/item)
